JACC's Winter Fundraising Event
JACC's recent fundraising event was quite a success!
In addition to raising funds that will help make it possible for JACC to continue providing educational, legal, and social programs, the evening was truly inspiring.
Over fifty people, including volunteers, community members, friends and donors joined us at the home of Jan and Amos Avgar to show their support.
Hearing community members' stories in this special forum reaffirmed my faith in the importance of our cause, and I was empowered by the many devoted and caring people investing their time and energy in support of JACC's objectives.
This event could not have happened without the hard work and dedication of Josie Mendelson, our director, who put her time and energy into organizing the event, Rachel Gerber, whose enthusiam was contagious, and our hosts, Jan and Amos, whose generosity and support was overwhelming.
In addition, I would like to thank our volunteers for their commitment to go above and beyond to meet the needs of JACC's wonderful community members.
And last, but definitely not least, I'd like to thank the people who came to the event and opened their pockets and their hearts to help JACC and the community we serve.
This event could not have happened without all of you.
